This policy describes how Volume Search, an internal tool operated by BTFD (Zachary Elliot, France — contact: zachary.elliot8@gmail.com), handles data.

1. Data accessed

With the explicit authorization of the signed-in Google account, Volume Search uses the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to access:

No personal data of end users, advertisers' customers or website visitors is collected.

2. Use of data

Data is used solely to plan search engine optimization content and Google Ads campaigns for BTFD and its clients, and to produce internal reports.

3. Sharing

Data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising purposes. Aggregated insights may be shared with the client who owns the corresponding Google Ads account.

4. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and retrieved data are stored on a private server with restricted access. Data is kept only as long as needed for the work above.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Volume Search's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data, email zachary.elliot8@gmail.com.
